Doris Primm: Co-Owner & Accountant (30 years and counting)
Doris has been around since the inception of the company. This woman means business and knows business. Even though she's "retired" she's always lending a hand around the shop as needed. When she's not helping out, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids, utilizing her green thumb, or painting impeccable illustrations.
Scott Primm: Owner & CEO (many years and counting)
Scott's father, John, was the founder of Print Factory back in the 80s. A man of many talents, Scott is the go-to-guy for promotional items, business inquiries, and the day to day operations. He helps man the front end of the shop alongside his Mother-in-Law; Julie. A former native of Poland, Ohio he now resides in Columbiana with his darling wife Maggie and their two kids. When he's not on the road for the shop or plugging away in the office, Scott enjoys family trips and outings, working on his property, and some video gaming.
Julie Shaffer: Business Administrator (3 years and counting)
Julie joined the PF team July of 2020. She is a lady who wears many hats. When she's not taking orders, logging jobs, answering phones, or sending invoices you can find her filing records, shipping products, or posting payments. Julie is often the full time face of the shop. She helps manage the front end and follows the jobs from start to finish. Also a former native of Poland, Julie now resides in Struthers, Ohio. In her free time she likes cuddling her dog, perusing markets, hanging with her family, or getting some much needed R&R.
Keith Novotak: Graphics and Production Manager (8 years and counting)
Keith can be hard to track down. This guy oversees a lot! Like Scott, he is a man of many talents and many responsibilities. With over 15 years of experience working in the graphics industry, Keith is well versed in the design programs and has an exceptionally elegant design style because deep down, he's an artist at heart. He resides in Austintown, OH with his wife and their indoor zoo of cats and dogs. In his free time Keith enjoys fishing, gaming, playing drums or guitar, working in the yard, and gray lazy days.
Lauren Potts-Novotak: Garment Guru/Digital Media (3 years and counting)
With over a decade in the apparel industry, Lauren is the go-to for garments. Whether it's browsing distributors or dealing with tech of some sort, she can often be found staring intently at the computer screen building orders, drafting invoices, working with customers, or lending a hand for graphics overflow. Lauren lives in Austintown, OH with her husband (Keith) and their indoor zoo of cats and dogs. In her free time she does silversmithing and creates gemstone jewelry when she's not digging in flowers or hanging outside with the pets.
Joshua Winebold: Production Lead (2 years and counting)
Josh was the lead printer for a local screen printing shop for 20 years. He was responsible for running the manual press as well as the 10 head automatic. In 2022, he was ready for a change so he joined the Print Factory team. Here, he is still the lead printer but now he works with paper instead of fabric. Josh is a homebody and a family man. In his spare time he enjoys tik-tok videos but also looks forward to one on one time with his 5 nieces and nephews. When he's not with his family, he and his partner are taking care of their home; painting, planting, and hosting cook-outs.
Cheri Merryman: Graphics Lead & Sublimation Specialist (1 year and counting)
Cheri came on board late December of 2022. A resident of Salem, Cheri once worked for a large envelope and mailing house. She now is the lead designer of our graphics department. Cheri is a force to be reckoned with. Not only is she the graphics lead, she's also the sole operator of our sublimation department. In her spare time she likes swimming, kayaking, crafting, gaming, and cuddling anything animal related; from snakes and possums to puppies and kitties.
Jeff Forsythe: Large Format Specialist (1 year and counting)
Joining the team in the first quarter of 2023 was Jeff Forsythe. Also a resident of Salem; and Cheri's other half, Jeff has been around the large format industry for much of his career. He handles all the vinyl jobs; the yard signs, banners, car lettering, business lettering, wall murals, etc. He also pitches in for graphics overflow. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys hanging with his family, technology, gaming, botany, kayaking, camping and more. His wheels never stop turning.
Sam Greary: Apparel Graphics & Lead (6 months and counting)
Another Salem native and YSU graduate (2023-for graphic design), Sam handles the artwork and production of the apparel department but also pitches in and helps the graphics department with overflow and books. Sam is a jack of all trades. Always eager to help and willing to learn, Sam is an asset to the team!! In his free time, he enjoys photography, hanging out with his dog (honestly any dog will do), gaming and football.
